She joined the KCH team in effort to broaden her knowledge in natural health, little did she know how influential chiropractic would be to her life! Kara's background in massage therapy and business has supported her in her roles throughout the years. Though, she spends many hours behind the scenes, Kara's true passion is the one on one interaction with her clients and team members! She truly enjoys the opportunity to make a positive influence in people's lives. Her beliefs about whole-istic healing transend her professional life, it is very much the root of who she is.

Although she has spent most of her career in the Coporate environment, her passion and love has been in the health and fitness field. Jill loves the interaction with patients, helping others see their true potential, and being a part of their healing and success.
Jill received her Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication from Illinois State University.
Some of Jill's hobbies include: Exercise, watching Reality TV, traveling, attending sporting events (Illini fan), going to concerts, and spending time with her family and friends.
